How JunglePots handles the names, emails and files you share with us.
What we collect
When you send us an enquiry through the quote form, we store the details you provide: your name, email address, company and role if given, your project details, and any drawings or reference files you attach. Each enquiry receives a reference number.
Why we collect it
We use these details only to read, answer and follow up your enquiry — for example preparing a quote or discussing your project. We do not use them for marketing lists, and we do not sell or share them with third parties for their own purposes.
Files you attach
Drawings and reference images are stored privately alongside your enquiry. They are visible only to the JunglePots team and are never published or shared outside the conversation about your project.
Where it is kept
Enquiries are stored in our secure project database, provided by our website hosting partner. Access is limited to the people who handle your enquiry.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details only for as long as needed to handle your project and any follow-up, after which they are removed.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the details and files you have sent. Just email info@junglepots.eu and we will take care of it.
